In our previous employment, we found that most projects were started late, were under staffed and over committed. Unfortunately, the "Dilbert" principle seems to apply. We searched everywhere for resources but usually ended up making compromises. Later we would clean up the mess made by these decisions. Our goal at Axtend is to solve this dilemma for our customers by becoming an extension of their resource pool. We believe that integrating our services into a development project gives the project manager the flexibility he/she needs to meet his/her goals.
